ISR Training · Capability 01

Practitioner-grade ISR training.

Training that converts NATO and partner-nation analysts and ISR operators into decision-driven practitioners. Curricula built and taught by serving and former operators — tested in the operations room before it reaches the classroom.

What we deliver

The specific offerings.

  • ISR cycle & collection management. End-to-end coverage of the NATO ISR cycle: direction, collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination and re-tasking.
  • Analytical tradecraft. Structured analytical techniques, judgement under uncertainty, the UK PHIA Probability Yardstick, and confidence-laddered reporting.
  • Collection management certification. Tailored to partner-nation ISR architectures — air, maritime, space and cyber collection streams.
  • Multi-domain ISR integration. How national ISR contributions integrate into NATO joint and coalition operations, and how to brief a multi-domain commander.
  • Instructor uplift & train-the-trainer. Sustainable in-country capability through accredited instructor cohorts.
How we do it

Methodology.

Training is decision-driven, not collection-driven. Every exercise starts from a commander’s threshold decision and works backward to the sensing, fusion and reporting required to support it.

Cohorts run through structured scenario sets — a fictitious country (typically KASNIA) and notional order of battle — classified UNCLASSIFIED // TRAINING USE ONLY throughout. Outputs are reviewed against NATO AJP-3.9 and the AIntP series.

Delivery models include in-country mobile training teams, short courses at the client academy, and blended courses with the AI-Enabled IDDI demonstrator and VALKYRIE platform.
