Terms of Use

The terms on which you may use the 360iSR website and client portal. These terms apply to general use of our site; specific consultancy and training engagements are governed by separate, signed agreements.

Last updated: 28 May 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to all visitors to 360isr.com ("the Site") and to authenticated users of the client portal at 360isr.com/portal/. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms do not replace any signed engagement, training, or consultancy agreement between 360iSR Ltd and your organisation. Where a signed agreement exists, that agreement prevails in case of conflict.

2. About us

The Site is operated by 360iSR Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08481362). All references to "360iSR", "we", "us" and "our" mean 360iSR Ltd.

3. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our services, for prospective clients to make contact, and — for authenticated users — to access training and reference materials related to their engagement with 360iSR.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or its content in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes any third party's rights, or causes harm to any person or system.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, to other users' accounts, or to any system or network connected to the Site.
  • Use automated tools — including scrapers, crawlers, harvesters or unattended scripts — to collect content or data from the Site.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying methodology, source code, or training-data design of the Site, its content, or any 360iSR framework.
  • Use the Site, its content, or any materials accessed through the client portal to develop, deliver, or market any product or service that competes with 360iSR's services.
  • Bulk-download, redistribute, republish, or share with third parties any training material, doctrine reference, or course content made available through the client portal, except as expressly permitted in your engagement agreement.
  • Introduce any virus, worm, trojan, or other malicious code to the Site.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, software, and the underlying design and structure of the Site — is owned by 360iSR Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

The following are the proprietary property of 360iSR Ltd:

  • The 360iSR brand marks, including the bearing-dial logo and the 360iSR wordmark.
  • The ISR-T methodology, including the Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced course architectures.
  • The Integrated Decision-Driven ISR (IDDI) framework.
  • The Problem-Centric Approach (PCA) methodology.
  • The KASNIAN scenario set, including all derived training products.
  • The VALKYRIE ISR-T training platform and associated scenarios.
  • All course materials, slide decks, exercise products, and reference documents produced by 360iSR.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works of any part of the Site or our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where strictly necessary for your personal use of the Site or for the purposes expressly permitted by your engagement agreement.

5. Client portal access

Access to the client portal is by invitation only and is restricted to authenticated users approved by 360iSR. Your access credentials are personal to you and must not be shared. If you become aware that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify us at ewen@360isr.com immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your portal access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms or if your underlying engagement with 360iSR has ended.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or any part of the Site for operational, security or maintenance reasons without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360iSR Ltd excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, in connection with your use of the Site.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, except for liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

Nothing in these terms affects the rights you may have under your separate, signed engagement agreement with 360iSR Ltd.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
