Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

This statement is made voluntarily by 360iSR Ltd. Although 360iSR's annual turnover currently falls below the £36 million threshold that triggers a mandatory statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this statement to set out clearly the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or in our supply chain.

2. Our business

360iSR Ltd is a UK-registered defence consultancy (Companies House number 08481362) providing Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance training, targeting support, and decision-architecture services to NATO and allied military organisations. We are a small, founder-led company. We have no manufacturing operations and we do not source physical goods at scale.

3. Our supply chain

Our supply chain is narrow and largely service-based. It comprises:

• Contractor instructors — individual subject-matter experts engaged on a per-engagement basis to deliver training. All are UK or allied-nation citizens with security clearance, contracted directly by 360iSR.
• Hosting and software providers — Cloudflare, Inc. (US), Google LLC (US), and Formspree (US). All are major suppliers operating under their own published modern-slavery and human-rights policies.
• Travel and accommodation providers — booked for client engagements through standard commercial channels.

4. Our approach

Given the size and nature of our supply chain, we believe the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low. We nonetheless take the following steps:

• We contract instructor staff directly and pay them through standard PAYE or UK self-employed channels, with clear, written engagement terms.
• We use established corporate hosting and software providers whose published policies and certifications address modern-slavery and human-rights risk in their own supply chains.
• We do not engage with subcontractors or labour intermediaries about whom we cannot conduct meaningful due diligence.
• We expect all individuals and organisations working with 360iSR to share our commitment to operating ethically and lawfully.

5. Training and awareness

As the founder and sole director of 360iSR, I am personally responsible for ensuring this commitment is upheld. We will refresh this statement annually and update it if our business or supply chain materially changes.

6. Approval

This statement was approved by the sole director of 360iSR Ltd for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.
